Role Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Mid-Level Developer to join our distributed team. You’ll work on real-world applications for startups and established businesses, contributing to both front- and/or backend systems depending on your strengths. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working independently, communicates well in English, and thrives in a remote work culture.
What You’ll Do:
• Develop and maintain mobile or web apps (depending on your focus area)
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to turn specs into working features
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical discussions
• Debug, test, and optimize for performance and scalability
• Occasionally join client calls (English-speaking)
Required Skills:
• 2–5 years of professional experience in software development
• Solid knowledge in at least one of the following stacks:
• Mobile: Flutter or React Native
• Web: React (or similar) + Node.js / Express / Next.js
• Experience working with REST APIs and modern Git workflows
• Familiarity with agile development (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
Nice to Have:
• Experience with Firebase, AWS, or Docker
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• UI/UX sensitivity or ability to work closely with Figma designs
